If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Free Replacement Policy

Customers may request a free replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product meets the eligibility criteria mentioned below.

Requests submitted after 7 calendar days from the delivery date will not be eligible for replacement.

Replacement Eligibility

You may qualify for a free replacement if:

  • The product was delivered in a physically damaged condition.

  • The product is defective or not functioning as intended.

  • You received an incorrect item different from the one ordered.

  • The product is missing parts, accessories, or components included with the purchase.

  • The product was delivered in a tampered or opened package.

Conditions for Replacement

A replacement will be approved only if:

  • The replacement request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused and returned in its original condition, packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.

  • The returned product passes our quality inspection.

  • The same product is available in stock at the time of processing.

  • The original product is successfully returned to us.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped using our standard delivery service.

When Replacement Is Not Available

A replacement request may not be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The exact product is no longer available in stock.

  • The product has already been replaced once.

  • The return request is made after the eligible return period.

  • The product shows signs of misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.

  • The product has been used beyond reasonable inspection.

If a replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability, an eligible refund will be issued.

Missing Parts or Accessories

If your order arrives with missing parts, accessories, or components, please contact our customer support team immediately.

Refund Policy

If a replacement is not possible or cannot be fulfilled, we will process a refund after receiving and successfully inspecting the returned product.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Depending on your bank, credit card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway, it may take 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are generally not eligible for return or replacement unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery:

  • Products that have been used or consumed.

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Personal care or skincare products that have been opened after delivery due to hygiene reasons.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer.

  • Items marked as non-returnable during purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement request:

  2. Provide your Order ID, product details, and the reason for the request.

  3. Attach clear photographs or videos showing the issue, if applicable.

  5. Once approved, the returned product will be inspected before processing a replacement or refund.

Shipping Charges

If the return or replacement is approved due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, return shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by Suveraan (K V R ENTERPRISES).

If the return is requested for reasons not covered under this policy, any shipping charges incurred may be the customer's responsibility.
